LAML specialise in restoring, maintaining and extending the life of surface infrastructure, and we are experts in undertaking full AGL projects, design verification, installation and maintenance.

Although LAML specialises in working in the Airfield environment, our products and processes are equally suitable for use on highways, ports and distribution centres, retail parks and all asphalt or concrete surfaces.

All of the products and solutions that we use have been proven and established in Airfield sites with a requirement for limited possession works where the asset needs to be handed back within a short working window of up to 6 hours.

As our AGL Design Manager your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the design process on design and build construction projects and tenders, ensuring designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and project budgets.

The role will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors. The role involves managing design development, mitigating risks, and driving value engineering opportunities.

AGL Design Manager

As our Electrical Project Manager your role will form part of the Project Management team, and as such will act as the Project Manager working on all aspects of Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) projects within the aviation sector.

The role will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of AGL projects, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and technical specifications.
