  • Steve Turner - Managing Director - LAML

    Steve Turner

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Steve Turner joined Lagan group in 1996., and has extensive experience of not only our industry, but also our company, customers, partners, and collaborative companies.

    As Director of Lagan Aviation and Infrastructure, Steve’s seen it all, his preceding roles with Lagan include Director of Lagan Construction International Ltd, Senior Contracts Manager for Lagan Construction, and Engineer/Site Agent.

  • Kieran McIlhatton - LAML Director

    Kieran McIlhatton

    LAML DIRECTOR

    Kieran is the Director of Lagan Airport Maintenance Ltd, with over 34 years of experience in the Aviation & Construction Industry. He’s a trusted capable field expert, who’s worked on Lagan airfield projects of all sizes and complexities, globally.

    Keiran is well-respected within the industry for his enthusiasm and has a reputation for being approachable, collaborative and building quality works.

  • Dave Watterson - AGL Director

    Dave Watterson

    DIRECTOR - AGL

    Dave is the LAML AGL Director, responsible for the growth and development of the LAML AGL business including AGL design verification, maintenance and installation.

    With over 25 years’ experience in managing challenging Airfield AGL projects worldwide, Dave’s reputation proceeds him as being an excellent communicator, with extensive working knowledge of electrical and airfield lighting systems.

  • LAML - Tricia Green  - General Manager

    Tricia Green

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Tricia is an experienced Senior Manager from within the Aviation & Highway Construction Industry. She’s responsible for the day-to-day running of the LAML business, along with the Project Director.

    Working with the Senior Management Team, Tricia assists with diversification opportunities, and marketing, and is responsible for compliance across all LAML activities.

  • LAML - John Lagan - Project Director

    John Lagan

    PROJECT DIRECTOR

    John is our Project Director, responsible for onsite project delivery of LAML contracts, and in conjunction with the General Manager, he is jointly responsible for the running of the LAML day-to-day business. John has extensive experience working in multi-disciplines throughout the construction industry. Having originally been part of the Lagan team for over 11 years, John’s wide-ranging experience will complement the LAML team and bring additional benefits to our clients.

  • Stephen Kane - LAML

    Stephen Kane

    PROJECT MANAGER - AGL

    Stephen is the LAML AGL Project Manager. In his role he is responsible for assisting with the growth and development of the LAML AGL business including AGL Installations, electrical design verification & maintenance. With over 15 years of experience in managing challenging projects both Airfield AGL projects & M&E, Stephen’s reputation proceeds him as being an excellent communicator, and a customer-focused individual with extensive working knowledge of electrical and airfield lighting systems.

  • LAML - Michelle Curran - Office Manager

    Michelle Curran

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Michelle is our Office Manager, responsible for the smooth running of our Warrington office, warehouse and office facilities.

    Michelle is also responsible for the proactive management and application of airside and security passes for all operational personnel. Michelle acts as an authorised signatory on a number of airports for LAML.

    Michelle has accumulated many years of experience working within the Airfield Maintenance & Construction sectors.

  • LAML - Niel Britton - Senior Supervisor

    SENIOR SUPERVISOR

    Neil is a key member of the LAML team, responsible for our on-site operations and for managing our operational personnel. Neil has over 25 years of experience in the Airfield Maintenance Sector.

    Neil’s technical knowledge and expertise is critical in the successful delivery of all LAML projects. His care and attention to each and every job ensures safety delivery and quality workmanship.

  • LAML - James Crawford - Group Business Development Manager

    James Crawford

    GROUP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    James is Group Business Development Manager across the Lagan Aviation Group of companies and supports the LAML Management Team with Business Development opportunities. A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, he is a strong advocate of civil engineering innovation with 20+ years’ of experience in the construction industry. James is also an industry Board member at Queen’s University Belfast and Ulster University civil engineering faculties.

  • Caolan Doyle - Senior Quantity Surveyor

    Caolan Doyle

    SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

    Caolan is LAML’s Senior QS, and has worked within the Lagan Group for a number of years, and is responsible for pricing our tenders and enquiries. He also manages our sub-contractors and supply chain, administers contracts, manages operational project budgets, and ensures LAML commercial reporting is accurate and timely. With over 8 years post graduate experience within the construction industry undertaking quantity surveying and commercial management activities, Caolan has a reputation for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the supply chain.
